Indian Mound Neighborhood Association, Is hosting this Mural Reveal.
It is FREE and open to the public to view and meet the Artist, Michelle Renn.
Renn's team consisted of her husband Chris and two daughters, working evenings and weekends to complete the mural on Sunday, Oct 5, 2025.
Date: Saturday Nov 1, 2025 rain or shine
Time: 2-4 pm.
Place: 5500 Independence Ave. Eastern wall of Furniture La Caudra in the green space between the Furniture store and Texas Toms.
Food and Drinks will be provided from the Avenue's International Marketplace Businesses. Come join in on the food and visit up close.
Funding was provided by the Neighborhood Empowerment Grant and awarded to the Indian Mound Neighborhood Association with fiscal agent NEKC Chamber of Commerce.
We're back at Kansas City University's Butterworth Center for this Pendleton Heights Neighborhood General Meeting. More details about the agenda will be provided as we approach the meeting.
