Pendleton Heights Holiday Homes Tour & Art Market 2026

The PH Holiday Homes Tour is back for its 20th year!

For one day only, on Saturday, December 12, from noon to 6 pm, step inside seven beautifully decorated private homes in one of Kansas City’s oldest neighborhoods. Explore at your own pace while learning about local history and architecture. Enjoy the festive décor at each home, with carolers and live music at some stops along the way.

Tickets

Admission is $35. Use the code EarlyBird at checkout for early bird pricing. Tickets are also available in person on the day of the tour.

Check-in

Check in at Core Coffee (546 Olive St) to pick up your wristband and tour booklet.

Holiday Art Market

From noon to 5 pm, the Northeast Community Center (544 Wabash Ave) hosts a curated mix of art and wares by local makers. It’s a great place to start or finish your holiday shopping. Young musicians from Harmony Project KC will play holiday favorites at the top of every hour. The market is free and open to everyone, no tour ticket needed.

Food and Parking

Food trucks will be on Elma St, and free parking is available at Garfield Elementary.

The Holiday Homes Tour is the Pendleton Heights Neighborhood Association’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Every ticket supports our neighborhood. This event is supported in part by the Neighborhood Tourist & Development Fund (NTDF).

What do I need to bring to enter each home?

Bring your ticket confirmation to check-in at Core Coffee (546 Olive St). There you’ll receive your wristband and tour booklet, which you’ll show to enter each home.

Can I buy tickets on the day of the tour?

Yes, tickets will be sold in person at check-in. Buying online ahead of time with the code EarlyBird saves you money and makes check-in faster.

Do I have to tour the homes in a specific order?

No. The tour is self-guided, so you can start and finish at any home, any time between noon and 6 pm.

Will food and drinks be available?

Yes! Food trucks will be on Elma St. Neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants are also nearby.

Is the art market included with my ticket?

The art market is free and open to everyone, with or without a tour ticket.
