The public is invited to attend an in-person open house for Kansas City’s 3rd District Mobility Study on Monday, October 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Gregg/Klice Community Center, 1600 E 17th Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64108.
This project aims to understand community preferences related to non-motorized mobility (walking, biking, scootering, mobility devices, and other means) in Kansas City’s 3rd District. At the open house, residents can help the project team answer the following questions:
How can we improve mobility in the 3rd District?
What kind of infrastructure improvements are necessary to improve mobility?
Where should these improvements go?
This is an in-person, open house style public meeting for the community to view and provide comments on project information and potential mobility improvements. No formal presentations will be made. Please attend the meeting any time during the advertised hours. Verbal and written public comments will be taken during the meeting and considered as the project develops. All are welcome at the event, so feel free to pass along the invitation to other community members!
